Unique Fingerprint Validation
Authentic packaging has a fingerprint. TrueMed reads it.
Using our mobile app, users capture package images with guided augmented reality markers. The app sends the images to TrueMed's AI system for analysis against six distinct print characteristics, with results returned in seconds.
Colours (CMYK/RGB)
Exact colour values are compared at the pixel level. Even subtle ink batch variations or reproduction shifts are detected.
Typography
Font rendering, letter spacing, weight, and baseline alignment are checked — common tells in counterfeit print runs.
Gradients
Gradient transitions are notoriously difficult to replicate precisely. TrueMed measures deviation across every tonal range.
Graphics & Artwork
Logos, illustrations, and decorative elements are validated for positional accuracy and fidelity to the original artwork file.

AI Discrepancy Analysis
TrueMed AI identifies differences relative to the original artwork.
Minor discrepancies — normal variation in photography, lighting, or handling — are sifted out automatically. Only significant differences remain, each graded by severity. The system then delivers its findings alongside a comprehensive set of analytical data, presented in a clear visual format so teams can act immediately.
Raw difference mapping
The AI performs a pixel-level comparison between the captured image and the Verification Target, generating a raw difference map that highlights every deviation.
Thresholding & filtering
Noise, minor lighting variation, and capture artefacts are filtered out through adaptive thresholding — leaving only the discrepancies that matter.
Severity grading & reporting
Remaining discrepancies are classified by severity. The result is a structured, audit-ready report — timestamped, exportable, and ready for legal or regulatory escalation.
